We offer pizza culinary classes where students learn the old world techniques of creating a perfect pizza from hand stretching dough to perfectly topping their own creation. Students get to watch their creation bake in a 1000 degree wood burning oven and wrap up the session with their perfectly cooked authentic Neapolitan pizza!
Pizza 101 – Pizza Boot Camp (intro to home pizza making course)
Our 2 hour introductory class – Pizza 101, offers students a hands-on introduction to artisanal pizza making. $69 per person (group rates available)
Learn the traditions , history , and fun folklore of the craft. Followed up with learning the proper methods of hand – stretching and topping your the dough and finally enjoying your crispy , cheesy masterpiece with an ice cold locally crafted beer or perfectly paired glass of wine.
“Sunday Gravy” – (Sunday Dinner from start to finish)
This 3 hour course will teach you the necessary skills to create the perfect Sunday dinner at home from scratch. We will teach you have to use common kitchen tools and a conventional home stove to host your own Sunday dinner party. $69 per person (group rates available)

Our authentic wood fire pizza is made with only the very best products we can get our hands on – sourced both from Italy and the U.S.. We are proud to use “00” flour – the finest stone milled flour in the world imported from Naples , Italy – the purest First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Sicilian Sea Salt , farm fresh herbs and vegetables , house made and imported mozzarella di bufala, specialty cheeses, handcrafted meats, and of course the naturally sweetest tomato sauce – made exclusively with authentic San Marzano tomatoes grown in the rich volcanic soil of Mt. Vesuvius.
